HCG Diet Dinners can Be Delicious!

The Tastiest SEAFOOD Dish on the HCG Diet

After so many of my patients raved about this recipe after finding it in the HCG Diet cookbook by Tammy Skye (great book by the way) I decided to try it for myself.  I can tell you that I have made this fish recipe over and over for my family. We all love it and it is SO easy.

 

 

Citrus Fish for Phase II of the HCG Diet

Ingredients ... it is so easy!

 

3 oz sustainable harvested  white fish

1 T. minced onion

2 T. lemon juice

Lemon and orange zest to taste

Lemon and orange slices

Chopped parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Stevia to taste

Directions for this yummy HCG Diet Dish

Mix lemon juice with zest and a little stevia. Cover the white fish with mixture and then add salt, pepper, and lemon and orange slices. Wrap in aluminum foil and place in over at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes or until fish is thoroughly cooked. Serve with lemon and top with parsley.
