The Natural HCG Diet is based off of the HCG Diet created by a  British physician, Dr. Simeon’s 1950′s.  Through years of research and study,  he discovered that when HCG was administered daily along with a low calorie diet, patients could maintain their health and lose weight.

The Basics of the HCG Diet

Our HCG Diet protocol requires you to eat fruit, vegetables and meat, fish or poultry on phase II.   There is a vegetarian version as well that we have created.  As with any diet,  your success is dependent on how closely you follow the outline of the plan.  There is a synergy to the foods chosen for this program as well as to the portion sizes. 

 

One helpful tip while on phase II of the HCG Diet is to look at it as a detoxification and cleansing process.  It is super important to DRINK WATER.  We recommend 3-4 liters per day.    Thirst is highly mistaken for hunger so drink up as this is a great way to avoid the desire for snacking.   Other things to help when on a diet is to make sure that you spread out your meals, eating meals too close together will cause hunger cravings later on.   The goal is to keep your blood sugar stable.  Also, make sure that you are prepared and have meals planned ahead of time.
