HCG Diet Vegetarian/Vegan Options

If you are a vegetarian or a vegan and would like to lose weight, the HCG Diet program can work for you!  Through clinical trials, we have found quite a few vegetarian/vegan substitutes for the protein portion of the HCG Diet.  The HCG Diet was not created with vegetarian/vegan protein options in mind and we are pleased to let you know that patients following the vegetarian/vegan protocol have exceptional results.

 

Here are our Favorite HCG Diet Vegan/Vegetarian Protein Options

 

  • 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites
  • ½ cup fat free, organic low-fat or fat-free cottage cheese
  • ½ cup organic, fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 65 grams plain tofu; organic non-GMO
  • Morningstar Farms Breakfast Patties; 1 pattie
  • Morningstar Tomato & Basil Pizza Burger; 1 burger
  • Morningstar Farms Grillers original; 1 pattie (original flavor only)
  • Morning star Farms Sausage Patties; 1 pattie (original flavor only)
  • Boca Original vegan Burger; 1 burger
  • Boca All American Classic made with non-GMO soy
  • 5 scoops Sun Warrior protein powder (other protein powders can also work if they are between 75 and 140 calories; 15-22 g protein; less than 3 grams of fat and less than 4 gm of carbs and sweetened only with stevia.

*Note: Morningstar products contain genetically modified soy and are highly processed; only recommended temporarily.
