Green Juice as a Refreshing HCG Diet Treat

 

In the mid afternoon, this can be that perfect answer to the "I feel like I need a little pick me up" thought!  It is simple, easy and packed with nutrients.  I like to put everything in the blender to keep some fiber in there as well. So gather the veggies/fruits and get out your blender and blend it up!  I am sipping on this concoction right now as I write and it is quite satisfying. I encourage my HCG Diet Patients to give this a try on their program. Most say thank you later!

 

Creating the HCG Diet Friendly Green Drink

 

In your high powered blender, throw in 2 cups pure water, Ice if desired, 1/2 -1 cup frozen kale, 1 cup frozen spinach, 1/2 green apple, 2 stalks chopped celery, 1/2 cucumber,  1/4 cup fresh parsley, 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves.  Blend away until smooth.  Next, I like to put it through a strainer to get some of the foam and thicker fibers out.  Pour over ice and Enjoy!  Your cells will be clapping with the excitement of being nourished.
