HCG Diet Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing

  • 5 Strawberries
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 dropper of HCG Safe Stevia Clear
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt

Combine strawberries with other ingredients in a food processor or blender. Puree until smooth. This HCG Safe Dressing is great over baby spinach leaves.

HCG Safe Salsa

  • 1 Tomato, Chopped
  • 1 T. Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp. Oregano
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 T. Fresh Chopped Cilantro
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper

Chop ingredients. Mix together. Add spices and chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hour before serving.

HCG P2 Spicy Mustard Dressing

  • 1/3 cup of Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup of Water
  • 1 packet of HCG Safe Powdered Stevia
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. HCG Safe Spicy Brown Mustard

First mix together the apple cider vinegar and stevia. Stir until the stevia is well dissolved. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until mustard is mixed in well. Chill and serve on your favorite HCG Safe salad or use a couple of Tablespoons to marinade your HCG chicken.

Dressing up Phase II of the HCG Diet

 

While on Phase II or the low calorie phase of the HCG Diet it is nice to have a few simple dressing recipes that you can use with your vegetables and protein.  One of my very favorite condiments on the program is stone ground mustard (free from any added sugars or preservatives).  It is a great dipping sauce for many of the protein options and can be whisked together with apple cider vinegar and stevia to make a honey mustard dressing that is usually a pretty big hit on the HCG Diet!

 

Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing (P2 HCG Diet friendly)

For this recipe, you will need:

  • 5 organic trawberries
  • 1 tbsp. fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 7-10 drops of clear stevia
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt

Combine all of the ingredients in your blender and then serve on salads or chicken!  Delicious!

 

 

HCG Safe Salsa


For this delicious HCG Diet friendly  recipe, you will need:

  • 1 organic tomato, diced
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon luice
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tbsp.  cilantro, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Chop all of the ingredients well and mix together.  Add the spices and let sit in refrigerator for about 2 hours.  Serve with your favorite HCG Diet chicken dish.

 

HCG DIET SWEET AND SPICY MUSTARD DRESSING

  • 1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 7-10 drops of liquid stevia
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp. stone ground mustard (HCG Diet Safe)


Mix together the apple cider vinegar and stevia. Then, add all of the other ingredients together and mix with a whisk until all is well blended.  This can be used on salad or as a dipping sauce for chicken or steak and even used as a marinade.
