Craving some tasty Asian cuisine? If you’re doing the HCG Diet, the last thing you want to do is eat take out. It’s full of all kinds of ingredients that will mess up your diet. Instead of take out, try this HCG Phase 2 Mongolian Broccoli Beef recipe. It’s delicious, simple and it should nip your craving int he bud.

  Broccoli & Beef with an Asian Flare -- Dinner P2 HCG Diet


This recipe will make your mouth water. I can almost promise that you will make it again on phase 2 of the hCG Diet program!  It is even delicious on top of a salad the next day.  Get your ingredients prepped and get ready for a great HCG Diet friendly dinner!


What you will need:

3.5 oz lean beef such as sirloin tips
2  cups organic broccoli
3 green onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced well
2 tablespoons pacific foods organic, low sodium beef broth
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
chili powder to taste


What to do!

In a medium sized skillet, cook green onions and minced garlic on medium heat for a minute or two while continuously stirring. Add in the beef. Cook the beef about half way. 

Then, and add in the broccoli, beef broth, apple cider vinegar and chili powder (if desired). Cook until broccoli is tender and beef is cooked all the way through. Serve warm and enjoy!


This recipe will count as a protein and a vegetable serving!


HCG Diet Meal Planning


If you are a person that needs variety with food in your life then I would advise you to make it happen on the hCG diet.  I find that getting"bored" of the food options often leads to cheating and hampers the amazing results that could have been on the HCG Diet.  It might take another 10-15 minutes per meal but variety is easily achieved. I recommend finding 3 recipes that you love per week and rotating them through !
