Quick, Easy & Tasty HCG Diet Friendly Meatloaf

 

I love this HCG Diet friendly entree as it is really simple to make.  It is also versatile in the sense that you can use lean ground beef, lean ground turkey or ground chicken breast.  You can add in any spices that you like as well as chopped onion, pepper, garlic, chard, etc.  The other beautiful thing about this HCG Diet meal is that it can serve as quite a few meals as you can figure out 3.5 ounce servings and use this as your protein portion of your HCG Diet lunch or dinner.

 

Simple Directions for HCG Diet Friendly Meat Loaf

 

Take 1.5 lbs (about 6-7 servings) of  the organic lean ground meat (chicken, turkey or beef) and mash into it 2 tbsp. onion, 1 tsp. crushed garlic, 1 tsp. red pepper flakes, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1/4 cup parsley chopped.  You can add any HCG Diet friendly spices to this as well. Feel free to get creative.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes to 1 hour.

 

Get Creative with the HCG Diet Meatoaf

 

Use bell pepper, chard, kale, egg white, HCG Diet friendly stone ground mustard to the meat miixture before cooking.

Top with HCG Diet freidnly BBQ sauce or Ketchup and Enjoy!
